Target Audience: Contracting Officer's Representatives (CORs)
Description: Gain a deeper understanding of the Federal Acquisition process including: Solicitation Requirements , Market Research, Best Value and Proposal Evaluation, The Technical Evaluation Panel, Contract Administration , Post-award Process, Inspection and Monitoring, Invoicing and Payment, Change Orders, Performance Evaluation, Contract Closeout.
Attendance Policy
Full attendance is required for all DOI University (DOIU) courses. Registration represents a significant investment in your professional development by you, your supervisor, and your office.
DOI University is an approved FAI Teaching School. All courses include a tuition fee, which applies to all federal employees, including those at DOI.
Registration & Credit
This course is managed through FAI Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD), the government-wide system for tracking acquisition and financial training. You must register through CSOD to receive credit.

Steps:
- Submit a ticket via DAU’s ServiceNow Portal.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email with a ticket number from servicenow@dau.edu.

Payment Instructions:
